Dressing: (Mix and Shake – will have extra so store in airtight container)
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cups white vinegar
3 T apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup sugar
4 ½ onion juice
2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 cups greens torn or choopped
2 Green onions chopped
1 cup blue cheese crumbled
1 granny smith apple chopped
4 ½ lbs pecan halves
2 large egg whites
1⁄2 tsp salt
3⁄4 tsps sugar
2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps paprika
1 ½ tsps cayenne pepper
6 T butter melted
Dressing:
Mix in a jar & shake.
Pecans:
Preheat oven to 325
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Mix in sugar, Worcestershire, paprika and cayenne.
Fold in pecans and melted butter.
Spread pecan mixture over a baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Will have extra, so store in airtight container.
